Platform independant	Our system will run on any operating system. Only requirement is that you have an Internet browser. Our back-end database is MS SQL Server based for the best reliability. Fully supported for Win98, Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 & Mac OS (Freightistics is not a legacy DOS system)

Track and trace options	We can put a track box on your existing website so that your customers can enter their details and get up to date tracking information from your system. You can track 3rd party carriers by adding their statuses to your own job information.
Driver iPhone / Android / Mobile Signature capture	Drivers using iPhone / Android or any mobile with Internet access, can be given unique IDs to get up to the minute job information of jobs they have been assigned that day. Once delivered the driver can obtain a digital handwritten signature for the goods.
Driver POD / Tracking status	Drivers can use their mobile or PDAs to report back the name and timestamp of PODs or report back status codes for job alerts.
Automatic invoicing	Have the complete inventory of priced jobs assigned to multiple invoices or batched to an invoice. Within a few clicks the invoices can be created.
Invoice interfaces	Transfer invoice data to SAGE, TAS, Quickbooks, etc. We have interface modules available, for a once-off setup fee, which allow you to transfer to your required accounts package.
Operational & management reporting	We have a suite of reports available to you. If the report you need is not included we will create it for you free of charge. Profit, revenue, driver settlements, POD status reports, etc.
Set calls / Scheduled jobs	Define the collection & delivery date and times of customer jobs and have them autocreate for specific accounts. Pause / Activate / Delete set jobs as you require.
Auto pricing	Available auto pricing at time of creation of the job. By weight, pieces, flat rate, mileage / kms, zones, etc.
Job template importing	We can take an import of your customers job delivery data and create jobs based on the import.
Automatic data backups	We take data security and reliability very seriously. Full nightly backups and hourly backups during working hours.

Tracking orders and consignments

We can provide you with 2 lines of code to allow you have track and trace for the jobs and consigments you create on our system. The tracking order entry form will offer your customer a way to view details of their jobs without having to logon to the system.

Training and support

We offer you training materials and free customer support to get you up and running as soon as possible. Our user friendly system can be mastered after the first few days of using it and you will love using it from then on. On site training is not free but available at a reduced rate for our clients.
